“Forged” explores the powerful process of transforming raw metal through fire, force, and precision. Heated in the forge, shaped beneath the hammer, and tempered for strength, each step represents the patience and skill required to turn unrefined material into something lasting. “Forged” includes solos that can be written for any instrument, percussion parts that can be modified to fit your ensemble, an extended choreography moment in which members can play on props or metallic instruments, and an optional sound design package. Featuring “Deus Ex Machina” by Randall Standridge, “New World” by Bjork, “Tempered Steel” by Charles Rochester Young, and original music by Luke McMillan.
